This plan provides you with Total Financial Protection in the rare event of the insolvency of your Travel Provider, giving you complete peace of mind.
Each booking is a separate transaction, available separately at the same price and covered by separate financial protection.

Supplier Failure Cover

It is imperative that our customers have complete peace of mind and protection, when booking with WeFly.co.uk. All travel elements are subject to Supplier Failure Cover which is cover that protects the customer if the supplier or any component of your travel itinerary cancels due to liquidation.

Most personal travel insurance policies on the market today do not cover individual travel components. We consider a supplier to be any provider of flight or other public transport, your accommodation or car hire. This means that every part of your itinerary will be covered.

This service will be provided on the final booking page at a cost of £2.50 per person.

How is my Flight Booking protected?

We sell three different types of flights which are all fully protected.

Scheduled flights

- all scheduled flights available on this web site are fully protected via the cover arranged at the time of booking. Maximum claim £600 per passenger.

Low Cost flights

- all low cost flights available on this web site are fully protected via the cover arranged at the time of booking. Maximum claim £600 per passenger.

Charter flights

- all charter flights available on this web site are fully protected via the ATOL scheme operated by the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA). Refunds are provided by the CAA direct to you.

How is my Hotel Booking protected?

All hotel bookings are fully protected. You will be offered the option of transferring monies paid over to another hotel booking. Maximum claim £500 per passenger.

How are other types of booking such as Car Hire, Airport Parking, Transfers etc protected?

All other products sold on this site are also fully protected. You will be offered the option of transferring monies paid over to an alternative booking (where one is available) Maximum claim £500 per passenger.

What if WeFly.co.uk becomes insolvent, am I protected then?

Yes. We are full ABTA Members. In that most unlikely circumstance, ABTA will protect you by ensuring that the individual providers continue with your bookings as planned or, where that is not possible, by giving you a refund for any services that cannot continue.

Payment Security

All online transactions are processed via our HSBC e-payment system securely. All information you provide to wefly.co.uk is transmitted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption. SSL is a proven coding system that lets your browser automatically encrypt or scramble data before you send it to us. Our payment system also utilises Mastercard Securecode and Verified by Visa.

Please note that the charge for Supplier Failure Cover is non-refundable, for example in the event of booking cancellation.
