As an established agent, Wefly has introduced a Supplier Failure Cover that fully protects all travel customers and alleviates any concerns about their choice of travel supplier. Whether it be airline, hotel and accommodation supplier, tour operator or car hire provider.
Supplier Failure Cover
It is imperative that our customers have complete peace of mind and protection, when booking with WeFly.co.uk. All travel elements are subject to Supplier Failure Cover which is an insurance policy which protects the customer if the supplier or any component of your travel itinerary cancels, delays your trip or goes into liquidation.
Most personal travel insurance policies on the market today do not cover individual travel components. We consider a supplier to be any provider of flight or other public transport, your accommodation or car hire. This means that every part of your itinerary will be covered.
This service will be provided on the final booking page at a cost of £4 per person.

What's Covered
Cancellation: Cover £5,000 Excess £50.00Covers you in the event of your trip being cancelled due to the failure of one or more suppliers of your trip.
Insolvency: Cover £5,000 Excess £50.00Provides cover if one of the suppliers of your trip goes out of business.
Replacement Flights: Cover £5,000 Excess £50.00Should you find yourself unable to return home due to supplier failure, this cover will allow you to purchase replacement flight tickets home.
Payment Security
All online transactions are processed via our HSBC e-payment system securely. All information you provide to wefly.co.uk is transmitted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption. SSL is a proven coding system that lets your browser automatically encrypt or scramble data before you send it to us. Our payment system also utilises Mastercard Securecode and Verified by Visa.
Please note that the charge for Supplier Failure Cover is non-refundable, for example in the event of booking cancellation.
