Cancellations made later than 4 days prior to the arrival of the client and in the event of a no-show, first night is chargeable. Cancellations made for travel from 28 December 2009/10 to 3 January 2010/11 between 59-30 before arrival will be charged 25% of total booking; within 29 days to arrival, and no shows, will be charged 50% of total booking. Minimum charge 1 night. Maximum stay restriction of 14 nights applies all year.
