Start your day early while the fish are biting, then as the day heats up, cool off with a nice snorkel. At lunch time, you will indulge yourselves in a cookout that includes barbecued fish, lobster (in season) or chicken with homemade flour tortillas, baked beans and coleslaw. After lunch, more fishing and snorkeling, whatever you choose.
