The Treetop Walk:

A 1 hour rainforest walk experience that is approximately 2km in total and features a 600mt long and 30mt high steel structured treetop canopy walkway that takes you right into the treetops. It’s the longest and tallest walkway of its type in the world and includes a thrilling cantilever.

Experience a breath taking birds-eye-view of the magnificent Otway Ranges from the World’s tallest treetop walk. The 600 meter long steel section is divided into lightweight trusses ranging from 24 meters to 40 meters which will in turn be supported by 12 towers. The elevated walkway provides unrivalled views of the unique beauty of the region’s flora and fauna, from the rainforest floor up into the soaring heights of the treetops.

Don't miss the 45 meter tall Spiral Tower and the cantilever perched above Young’s Creek – a truly exhilarating experience as you gently sway with the rainforest canopy.

The Zip Line Tour:

A 2.5 hour, fully guided experience and including training and simulation, 8 cloud stations, 6 flights and 2 suspension bridges. The ticket price also includes the world famous Treetop Walk. This Zipline Tour is the only Zipline Tour for Victoria!

Visitors can zip through the leafy treetops of the magnificent Otway Ranges from one ‘Cloud Station’ to another, suspended up to 30 meters above the forest floor. Specialist guides will provide training and unique rainforest insights.

Hours of operation

Available: Daily, 9:00am – 5:00pm; Last entry at 4:00pm. Closed: December 25.

Duration

The Rainforest and Treetop Walk is 1.9km and takes approximately 1 hour to complete.

The Zip Line Tour takes approximately 2.5 hours in total.

Otway Fly (Victoria) is located at 360 Phillips Track, Weeaproinah VIC 3250, Australia; on the South Coast on VIC, about 2.5 hours drive south of Melbourne.

Additional Information

Wear comfortable clothing and footwear. Closed toe shoes and appropriate clothing must be worn.

Participant restrictions

Zip Line:

Must be at least four years of age and a minimum 105cm tall.

Maximum weight of 120kgs fully clothed.

All children under 13 years need to be accompanied on the tour by an adult.

Children between 105cm-120cm will Zipline as a ‘tandem’ with an adult. The combined weight of the child and adult must not exceed 120kg together.

The Tour has NOT been designed for persons who: are beyond the first trimester of pregnancy; suffer from vertigo or extreme fears of heights; have heart conditions; are legally blind or have other limiting disabilities; have ankle, knee, hip injuries that can be exacerbated by performing the landings; have spinal injuries or any other physical conditions that can be exacerbated by harness pressure, twisting or bending, strong/awkward landings.

Policies

Zip Line Tour is only included with the Zip Line Tour Ticket. Entry Only ticket does NOT include the Zip Line Tour. The Zip Line Tour includes entry to the Treetop Walk.

Vouchers are valid for redemption up to 3 months after purchase.

Please note that it is advised for visitors booked into an afternoon Zip Line Tour to arrive 1.5 hours prior to have enough time to enjoy the Treetop Walk.

A courtesy shuttle service between the Visitor Centre and the Treetop Walk runs every hour, on the hour between and is available to assist the mobility impaired.

The Treetop Walk and Zip Line Tour operates in most weather conditions – open rain, hail or shine! The Treetop Walk will only be closed in severe weather conditions such as lightning storms and high winds.
