Inclusion

Luncheon & Show:

Appetizer: Aperitif « Paradis Latin ».

Main Course Farandole of salad with Smoked Salmon, Duck confit ,sauted potatoes « Sarladaise » and Cheese plate.

Desert Apple tart, caramel sauce.

1/2 Bottle of Bordeaux wine, 1/2 Bottle of mineral water and 1/4 Bottle of Champagne.

The Tasting of Paradis Latin:

One plate of pastry or One king cake “Galette des Rois” (In January).

¼ Bottle of Champagne or soft drink.

Dinner & Show Festival:

Appetizer: Shrimp in puff pastry or Enticing Périgourdine salad.

Main Course: Fricassee of Chicken, zucchini flan or Fresh Salmon, orstewed vegetables à la Provençale or Large vegetarian plate.

Dessert: Variety of Ice Cream.

1/2 bottle of Bordeaux wine and a 1/4 bottle of champagne.

Dinner & Show Star:

Appetizer: Foie gras, toasted brioche or Hand sliced Smoked Salmon or Escargot.

Main Course: Roast filet of Sea Bream, lemon confit and braised endive or Chateaubriand, four-pepper sauce Pont-Neuf potatoes or sliced breast of Duck, cranberry and honey sauce rosettes of potatoes.

Dessert: Apple tart, caramel sauce or Symphony of sorbet

1/2 bottle of Bordeaux wine and a 1/4 bottle of champagne.

Dinner & Show Prestige:

Appetizer: Tartar of Sea Bream, with ginger and lime or Petals of Crab, with mango and citrus.

Main Course: Noisette of Lamb, herb crust medley from the garden or Tournedos of Beef Rossini, gratin dauphinois or Fresh Cod selection of stir-fried vegetables.

Dessert: Paradis Latin by Carl Marletti or Nougat glacé, red berry coulis.

1/2 bottle of Bordeaux wine and a 1/4 bottle of champagne.

Dinner & Christmas Eve Show:

An unforgettable Christmas Eve celebration awaits you beginning with a candle lit dinner at 20h00.

The prestigious theatre of the Paradis Latin, signed Gustave Eiffel will be adorned in all its spender for the holidays. Dinner will be followed at 21h30 by” Paradis à la Folie”, the show of the Paradis Latin.

Menu

Appetizer: Aperitif Royal « Paradis Latin ».

Main Course: Thick sliced center cut Smoked Salmon, blinis, Christmas spice sauce, Stuffed free range Turkey.

Dessert: Yule log Coffee.

1/2 bottle of mineral water, 1/2 bottle of Bordeaux Wine and 1/4 bottle of Champagne.

Dinner & New Year’s Eve Show:

The evening begins at 21H00 with a Gastronomic New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner, animated by our famous team of waiters and music by the Orchestra of the Paradis Latin. At the stroke of midnight, the New Year will be welcomed in with the show of the Paradis Latin, “Paradis à la Folie”, followed by an evening of frivolity and dancing until the early morning hours. Croissants and Coffee & Tea will be served around 4 am.

Menu

Appetizer: Kiss of Champagne.

Main course: Duck Foie gras, with two aspic jellies, toasted brioche, Petals of Crab, extra virgin olive oil jus, pine nuts and fresh herbs and Tournedos of Roasted Veal with baby spring vegetables & gratin dauphinois.

Dessert: « Paradis Latin » by Carl Marletti Coffee and assorted sweets.

Bordeaux Wine at your discretion during your dinner. Burt Champagne at your discretion throughout the evening.
