Private Portobelo Tour from the Train Station

We will leave your hotel and go to the railway station in Corozal (The train leaves at 7:15 h). Enjoy the trip by train to Colon, close to the Gatun Lake. You will probably see crocodiles diving in the water and chips mailing in the lake. We will wait for you at Colon Station to visit Portobelo, a little city from the XVII century that was used as a very important harbor for the Spanish fleet. The gold from Peru was prepared here to sail to Spain and other points in the Caribbean. The city was protected by 5 forts that you can see and maybe walk one or two. (Return by road).
