The Nahuel Huapi National Park has a wide range of landscapes that allows practicing all kind of activities in touch with nature.

The Enchanted Valley (Valle Encantado) is a landscape that combines amazing rocky formations with a colorful transition between the steppe and Patagonian Cyprus forest.

You will first drive 80 km from the city centre to the place where you have to take a boat to cross the Limay River. Once in the “estancia”when an interpretation walk is done. You can visiting natural caves and learning about the impressive geological history of the valley.

Back from the walk, you will have lunch in a beautiful lunch-room with River-view. It consists on typical “asado” or “pollo al disco”, a chicken stew considered as a traditional dish in Patagonia. There is also a tasty option for vegetarians.

Finally, you will have time to relax before going back to town.
