Smoked Salmon.

Entree (Choice of 1 of the following):

Tenderloin Medallions Wrapped in Bacon: Served with roasted garlic potato mash and fresh vegetables.

"Santa Fe" Grilled Chicken Breast: Served with grilled vegetables, feta crumble and lemon sauce. Served on a roasted garlic potato mash.
